2nd Amendment Rights
This is a very short and simple issue.
Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The right to keep and bear arms is an individual right that is paramount to keeping all of your other rights in tact.
Without this right, the others can be easily taken away without much effort.
There is not one shred of evidence pointing to any other meaning. It is only a matter of time until this issue is finally put to rest either legislatively or judicially. What is most important is to put people in the Senate that will confirm judges who read the Constitution as it was written, not as they want it to be interpreted to suit their own agenda.
